Civic Volunteer - A provision of forms for registration


With No act of the City Council 29/11/2010 54 of the Regulations has been approved for use in facilities and services of non-voluntary associations. Recall that the Civic Service (already active in many communities of our region) is carried out by citizens in a voluntary and unpaid, and invest the assets of the City of competence, even in addition to or in interaction with services already carried out directly by municipal employees. The civic service can be done in the following areas:

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, SPORTS
With activities such as:
- cover letter on school buses;
- garrison welcomed by schools
- assistance to the citizens in civic events, cultural, religious and recreational sports.
And also carry out transport operations and support services to the City for cultural education, both at the Civic Center and the community hall at the sports center of that

HERITAGE SERVICE, LAND, ENVIRONMENT
With activities such as:
- small prunings;
- parks mowing, weeding, cleaning
- clearing snow and spreading salt
- education activities and environmental protection;
- opening and closing of municipal buildings, gyms, etc. ..

SOCIAL
With service to the person, in particular the elderly, minors and disabled persons, through transport activities and support.

One of the aims of the service is to provide insurance cover and organic activities, very important for our town, carried out by volunteers. As apparent the scope of the service goes to cover all aspects of reality administrative and clear, as we argued in the City Council at its meeting on 29 -11 10, during the discussion of the "ING PUBLIC SAFETY" that this is a service far broader and more diverse than the security service standardized by the regional law LR 9 / 2009.

fact, this law, the outcome not so exciting (0 accessions to Castions) determine the provisions on security policies and ordering the local police. The law, designed to promote local policies and integrated security in the region, provides the financial support of volunteers and organizations for safety and must operate under specific agreements with the municipalities. It is of activity every day of the year and training will be overseen by the School for the local police of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
