6. Are incompatible to the position of Coordinator of the circle, the municipal coordinator of the Provincial Secretary and Regional Secretary of the mayors, councilors, regional, provincial and municipal government agencies and the presidents of mixed office at the time of nominations.

7. All other administrative duties collected will be incompatible with the role of the coordinator or a member of the Board of warranty.

Watchdog


(Guarantee Commission)

1.E 'A Commission of Guarantee of Territorial Circle, composed of three members, elected by the Shareholders' Meeting for four years. The Commission shall elect from among its President.

2.The components of the Guarantee Commission shall be chosen from the members and the PD recorded at Circle Place of recognized competence and experience, residing in the circle.

3. The Guarantee Commission shall supervise the proper implementation of the national statutes, the regional statute, the Code of Ethics, this Municipal Statute and Regulations by voters and electrical members and the members and bodies of PD Circle Territorial.

4. The Commission notes the most important disputes to the relevant competent provincial, regional and national. Transitional rules


1) Regulations, as defined in special commissions created by the Coordination and advertised in the Assembly, must be approved by an absolute majority of the members of the Coordination.

2) Regulations shall be amended by a majority vote of the absolute co-ordination, having been advertised in a special meeting.

3) As a transitional measure, the number of members of the Coordination was established by the Constituent Assembly of the Territorial Circle of June 29, 2008, in twelve, including the Coordinator.

4) The Coordination will develop a Financial Regulations approved by an absolute majority of its members.
